My Approach

I want to hear your story. Together, we’ll look for patterns in how you have learned to respond to the world, and give space to all the parts of yourself. We’ll explore your values and ways you can align your life with them. Where there are places of pain, you’ll have the opportunity to heal and grow in ways that support your nervous system. You’ll learn how to re-parent yourself and build strategies for developing new patterns of moving through the world.

My focus in couples work is on creating a safe emotional space for the couple to connect and communicate more deeply. I emphasize presence, listening, and understanding to build connection.
